ORDUÑA, THE MEMPHIS OF BIZKAIA

Orduña, a city of just 4,000 inhabitants, is an extraordinary place surrounded by mountains in the Basque Country where music is part of the collective identity.

The documentary follows the activities of the city for more than a year. A period full of musical events where citizens of all ages express, organize and collectively participate in various activities around the music of different genres and styles.
Recorded only with direct sound and with a high editing rhythm, this personal and independent documentary invites you to enjoy the music of the City, the passing of the seasons, the landscape and its people, forged with the character that impresses its impressive natural, historical and cultural heritage to the entire community.

Everything is going well until the COVID-19 pandemic occurs just before the celebration of the "Otxomaio" festivities, the most important festivals in the city.
